Agarwal Subham & Associates is a professionally managed Chartered Accountant firm based in Siliguri, West Bengal. The firm was founded by CA Subham Agarwal with a vision to deliver premium-quality audit, taxation, and advisory services to businesses and individuals in the Siliguri–Darjeeling belt and beyond.

Operating from two strategic offices — our head office on Hilcart Road, Siliguri and a second office at the Indo-Nepal Border in Panitanki — we are uniquely positioned to serve cross-border businesses, traders, and entrepreneurs in the region.

Founder & Principal Chartered Accountant

CA Subham Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He founded Agarwal Subham & Associates with the mission of providing high-quality, accessible CA services to businesses and individuals in the Siliguri–Darjeeling region.

His areas of expertise include statutory audit, tax audit, income tax advisory and compliance, GST, ROC compliance, and company incorporation. He is particularly known for his depth of knowledge in cross-border trade taxation — an invaluable strength given the firm's proximity to the Indo-Nepal border.
